E-business Trust Modelling

This research work is centered around decentralised trust modelling of Internet based e-business systems. Users must be given the capability to assess the trustworthiness of entities they encounter (i.e. Internet stores, banking etc.). The work has been completed as academic research and EXINDA networks has now commercialised the results and integrated this technology into its products.

Traffic Optimization (Bandwidth Management)

Management of data flow has always been an issue for businesses. When you have the added cost component on data (eg Internet traffic) then traffic management becomes imperative. The ability to "look" into (monitor) your network and then set up policies (policy deployment) to better manage your data requirements increases network efficiency and greatly decreases running data costs.

Network Security Assessment Tool

A framework for assessing the security of internetworked systems has been part of ongoing research at EXINDA networks. Methods for effective streamlining of security assesment are carefully being modeled and tested. The company seeks to develop an industry proven model for network security assesment that allows companies to assess and implement security in an effective hierarchical fashion.
